By the Moon is an established holistic health school and wellness practice in Belleville, Ontario. We offer a welcoming, peaceful environment for independent holistic health practitioners.

Because our treatment rooms and common areas are shared, we're looking for practitioners whose professional needs, schedules and working styles complement our existing practice.

What services do you currently offer, or intend to offer, from the treatment room?

Please describe your relevant education, certifications, professional registrations and experience.

Are you currently operating an established practice, building a new practice, or completing supervised or student practice hours?

Do you currently carry professional liability insurance covering the services you intend to provide? If yes, please identify your insurer. Proof of appropriate coverage will be required before entering into an agreement.

Room Requirements and Scheduling

Are you interested in part-time (shared) room rental, full time room-rental or occasional use?

If you are interested in part-time or occasional room use, which days and hours would you ideally like access to the treatment room? Please indicate whether your schedule is flexible.

What furniture, equipment or storage would you require? Would you be comfortable sharing existing furnishings and equipment with other practitioners?

Do your treatments involve music, conversation, scents, oils, exercise, movement or any other activities that may affect neighbouring practitioners?

Do you require any particular room setup, accessibility features or modifications to accommodate your services?

Shared Space Compatibility
